chinquapin
Chinquapin is a transcription rather than a translation, and the people who made it were not phonetic about it. The qu is a k, the ch is the ch of church, and the whole thing is said in three quick beats. There is a second accepted spelling, chinkapin, which fixes the qu and is not a mistake.
